The most important people in the Parents Inc. team are the volunteers in communities all over New Zealand who organise seminars, facilitate Toolbox groups, give generously, etc. The wide range of programmes throughout the country are supported from the Auckland headquarters and three small regional offices.

Natalie first came to Parents Inc in 2003 to join the Magazine team
as Magazine Production Co-ordinator. She also assisted Mary Grant with
editorial and other projects within the organisation. She recently took
on the role as Parenting Place Manager and is responsible for parenting
workshops, reception and bookings, resources, café, family coaches and
volunteers.
