Part-Time Waikato Area Toolbox Coordinator

Toolbox is an innovative six week parenting course run in local communities throughout New Zealand. We are looking for a dedicated, passionate person to join our National Toolbox team. This role supports the development, organisation and promotion of Toolbox parenting groups in the Waikato. You will be responsible for supporting the team of Toolbox facilitators in your area, in a fun and varied role.

This is a Waikato based position, working from home and out in the local community. The position is approximately 20 hours per week (negotiable), or could be a shared position for two people (10 hours each).

Key roles are to:
•    Encourage, equip and  train volunteer Toolbox facilitators
•    Support the growth of the Toolbox parenting group programme

Skills and attributes needed for role:
•    Strong communication and relationship building skills and a positive ‘can do’ working style
•    Excellent organisation and time management skills
•    Administrative and computer skills
•    A commitment to the mission and values of Parents Inc. is essential

This position is supported by an Administrative Assistant in the Waikato.
