John Graham - Chairman
John was past Headmaster of Auckland Grammar School for 21 years, past
All Black Captain, past Manager of NZ Cricket Team, past President of
NZ Rugby Union and former Chancellor of Auckland University. John is a
prominent New Zealander whose input into the lives of thousands of
young men and women in the sporting and academic worlds has been
immeasurable. He sets high standards for himself and others and works
to ensure they are achieved. John and his wife Sheila have three grown
up children. |

Bruce Pilbrow - CEO
Bruce Pilbrow has been CEO of Parents Inc since the beginning of 2007.
He originally joined the organisation in 2005 after 15 years in sales
and marketing. Bruce is responsible for the strategic, marketing and
business direction of the organisation, and manages more than 40 full
and part-time staff as well as more than 500 volunteers. |

David Belcher
David is Executive Chairman of DBB Capital, Merchant Bankers; former
board member of Auckland Philharmonia; Chairman, The New Zealand Fund
Ltd and Director, Sovereign Ltd. David and his wife Catherine are
involved with fundraising activities for a number of charitable
endeavours in Auckland. They have three children. |

Ian Grant QSO - Founder
Ian is the founder of Parents Inc and is the main presenter of
seminars; he is an inspiring and entertaining speaker and is well-known
in New Zealand through radio and TV spots over the years. For 33 years
Ian led a youth organisation involving thousands of teenagers in weekly
club programmes, camps and large youth events. He is well known for his
creativity and innovation in his programmes and it is this freshness
that comes through in his approach to parenting.

Jo Gould
Jo is a trained primary school teacher, mother of 3 sons, has a business career spanning 20 years based in the
textile and fashion industries and is a founding director of successful
Newmarket boutique "Muse".
Jo has been actively involved in
numerous community based organisations such as Plunket, Friends of
Starship Children's Hospital and the Auckland City Mission. With
husband Terence, she has been a keen supporter of Parents Inc. and its
associated programmes for many years.

Greg Eden
Greg formed his own accountancy practice in 1991 having previously worked for a big 4 practice. His firm has now grown to three partners who are involved in a wide variety of businesses with a special interest in the health sector. In addition to his accountancy Greg is also and member of the Institute of Directors and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
Greg currently serves on a number of boards in various sectors of the business community as well leadership groups for various charities and not for profit groups.
He and his wife Judy consider their greatest joy their two sons who continually keep them in touch with the real world.

Peter Kemps
Peter formed his own law practice in 1996 specialising in business and
property law, after working for 15 years as a partner in a large law
firm. His practice includes a wide range of clients from business
professionals, public figures and also numerous charities, clubs and
trusts. Peter has served on many boards including the management board
of his former law firm, school board of trustees and boards of
charities. He and his wife Anne have three adult sons and in recent
years they have enjoyed coaching individuals and couples in marriage,
parenting and spiritual growth, which they find very rewarding.

Russell Hewitt
Russell brings to the board a wealth of expertise with twenty years experience as CEO of local companies - Computerland, Compaq Computers and Hewlett Packard which were merged, and then six years with Vodafone Australia. He has had significant involvement with the Vodafone Foundation and supporting charities such as Red Dust, a role model involvement with Aboriginal Youth and Youth on the Streets, and helping youth at risk keep in contact. Along with this, Russell has also found time for multiple board positions including TVNZ, Blue Star Print Group and Vodafone Fiji. His great passion for people, mentoring young business people and creating environments for them to flourish in, is what motivates him.
Russell is married to Helen, who together have three adult children, and in his spare time enjoys all sports, boating, golf and riding Harley Davidsons.
