Fundraising is sourced from a variety of areas including donations from individuals and families who are supporters of Parents Inc., grants from various trusts and community organisations, and operating revenue from books, seminars and speaking fees. We are also supported by some business leaders within our community in particular AMI, Vodafone NZ, Toyota, Postie Plus and Ronald McDonald House Charities. By supporting them you are in turn supporting Parents Inc.
In 2009/10 we had combined operating and fundraising revenue of $3.71m. Fundraising represented 64% of this amount ($2.36m) while operating revenue contributed 36% ($1.34m). |
